Wikidata is the open knowledge base behind Wikipedia. Are you curious about how Wikidata works? And would you like to help supplement the data of feminist organisations and women's magazines in Wikidata? Then this afternoon is for you!
On Friday 22 May 2026, Atria, Wikimedia Netherlands, the Gendergap working group and Ihlia are organising a Wiki Friday - this time not in Atria's reading room, but at Wikimedia Netherlands in Utrecht (due to our move). We will work on completing the data of organisations, individuals and journals that have a link to the collections and archives at Atria. For example, dates of birth and death or a short description of an organisation.
We will start with a short introduction to Wikidata, so that even beginners can get started right away. Do you already have experience? Then you are extra welcome! You can work in Wikidata itself or use Excel lists to complete the data.
